    The Verizon website directions don't work! Can anyone help?

    You can also send a bookmarked page from your browser to the Home Page. Select the Menu button when in the browser, then you'll see the menu in the 2nd pic. Select <Bookmarks> (or if you need to save it first, select <Save to bookmarks and save it, then go through the menu again to select <Bookmarks>, then you'll see all saved bookmarks in the 3rd pic, then press and hold the icon for the bookmark you wish to put on the Home Screen and choose <Add shortcut to home>, See below;

    To add a bookmark to home screen:

    Open the chrome browser
    Touch Menu Image
    Touch Bookmarks
    Touch and hold the desired Bookmark and select Add to home screen
