Wipe cache. D cache. Data and system

I followed your directions to the MAXX . Dont know why this is happening but when the phone reboots into the rom theres nothing going on screen is black. I installed the rom using SS.11 by making a partition and installing the rom using the created partition.
Now does the partition i have, have to be on a JB Leak in order for the rom to work?

Having problems updating gmail and YouTube. Say file error..uninstall previous version and reinstall but I can't uninstall. Any suggestions?

Can't get screenshots to work..was much easier on stock JB.
