In my experience, you always leave it zipped. They system can, and will, read it from the .zip file.

I've been trying to use droid razr utility and it mentions that I cannot have the razr set as a "mass storage" device to use it. And since its running the 4.04 update, there's no option to have the phone in "charge only" mode. What mode should I set the device to?

I've been desperately scouring the internet trying to find a way to root my Doid RAZR 6.16.211.XT912 v.4.0.4 and all the links on droidrzr.com and this site and any other site i search are all dead! I'm desperate!!!!! Please help!!!!
