Safestrap allows you to essentially dual-boot, where you retain one boot ROM as a fall-back. There have been some problems with it and some ROMs won't work, or it may be related to the installation process of those ROMs. Bootstrap will also allow you to change out the ROM but there is no failsafe.
There is also no SBF for the Razr, but there is Fastboot which is essentially performing the same function. There's a great utility for rooting and Fastbooting called Droid Razr Utility, and you'll find links to it in a sticky on the Droid Razr Hacks section (
UPDATED Droid RAZR Utility [WINDOWS]). It simplifies most processes to a one-push.
