cant root new Razor Maxx

I download the razor root utility. Debugging is checked, usb is set to charge only. click option 2 root and it "cant find pathway" Motorola drivers are installed


Im sure im just missing something

Are you using the Motorola cable?
Does the PC recognize the phones SD card normally?

Is it in CHARGE ONLY mode?

Yes using Motorola cable. Charge only. Phone is booted up normally

When you extracted the files for the utility where did you put them? Users who put it on the root of C: are noticing problems, so if you did that try and extract it somewhere else.

Figured it out. Had to extract file to drive. Knew it was something simple
