About LinkBacksI just got my Razr the other day, really not very smart phone literate. I was getting upset about an hour ago when I couldn't do anything on the phone as it was "locked", I couldn't get a response on any of the buttons, tried turning it on and off, the "manual" was useless. I checked a few sites on Google, and finally came upon this forum. I learned how to do a "hard boot reset", hold the power switch and the down volume for about ten seconds, and now I'm OK again. I don't know if this is going to be a recurring problem or not, but for now at least, thank you forum for giving me back my sanity.
