I did it on mine and my wifes Droids. What a mistake. They both click and wobble now. Jesus. Thanks for the tip to f$$k my phone up.
Anyway, hopefully your vinyl sticker will help. Is it any thicker than the OEM one?
You need to be more specific on the site. I didnt know if the little robot droid one was just the robot or the actual sticker itself.
I would have ordered two of those, but I didnt know, so I ordered plain black.

actually I would return the phone because the plastic on the back on my phone is removed and it is still and no clicking or loose screen. I had that problem with the previous phone but I returned it right away

I guess I will attempt to get it exchanged today. I somehow doubt they will. I can backup with Astro and thats all I need to do, correct?

I just noticed this on my D2 today. I took it down to the VZW store where I bought it (still well within the 30 day period) and they said it was normal. I don't really believe the girl who helped me, but all of the D2 floor models exhibited similar issues...
I guess right now the click doesn't really bother me. Between Swype and the physical keyboard I don't really notice it; I have to intentionally make it click to become aware of it again. It doesn't seem to bother the phone at all, but... I could swear it didn't do this when I bought it.
Maybe next week once I'm done writing my final exams I'll go over there and bother them some more. Thing is though, if I do get it swapped out re-loading all my apps will be a huge pain in the sack. Perhaps it's time to root and make a backup "image"... can you do that on an Android device?
