    I did it

My Best Skins ever and grafxpressions stickers both came in the mail today. The sticker for the back is awesome. Made the screen a little bit less loose but it still clicks occasionally. Gotta wait for the skin to dry. will post pics.

So in terms of the backing for the loose screen fix, does this go over the current back sticker or does this replace it?

Well I said I would be back and here I am

    Please see the attached Pics

    For the purpose of information:
    Best Skins Ever
    graphixpressions

The reason it looks smudgy is the little bubbles under the skin. I applied this about 5 hours ago. i am told they disappear in 24-48 hours.

I have never applied a skin before. Best Skins ever was a little tricky. Especially the edge pieces. But I feel all areas of my phone are covered and even with no experience, it went well. Cost was $7.99 (I think). Can't beat it. Screen feels great.

As for graphixpressions.... a little pricey, but my phones looks totally awesome. Yes i put the battery cover robot underneath the skin.

THE STICKER ISSUE: The sticker took some of the play out of the screen. Now only the left side clicks every now and then. I first removed the OEM sticker and replaced it with this. In retrospect, I wish I had instead placed it on top of it.

CONCLUSION: This "loose screen" issue is caused wholly by the use of any case. The tabs along the edge "stretch" the space between the two parts of the phone. Anyone who puts a case on for the first time will notice that it is more difficult to open the phone. When the case is removed, this new extra gap causes it to feel "loose" and generate clicking when it is tapped. Since One sticker took some of the problem away, I am assuming two will.

Let me know what you think. PM me with any questionsd

ummm, i didn't read the rest of this thread but are you guys new to sliders? they tend to get a little loose. not catastrophically loose, but some tolerances diminish with use.... are you new to this concept?

well if you would have actually taken the time to read the thread you would have seen that this is an actual issue and not just because of normal use. I have had two droids with this issue and I promise you it is an actual defect and not just from normal wear and tear.
It's like they had a bad lot or something and it's pretty infuriating when people say "it's normal" when it is defiantly not.

This happened after a few days with my first Droid. I exchanged it. They cannot fix it.
