Going to keep mine as a back-up (when I get a new LTE device) and for VoIP.
I would be nice if I could keep the Droid on the same line (thus have two phones with same number), but I'm guessing that would require a family share plan with two lines? For an extra $10 I'd do it, but doesn't work that way.

Probably pass it on to someone in my family.
-
ill prolly keep it depending on if the roms keep coming
-
I will keep it until my girlfriend finally has enough of my "phone tinkering" and does away with it.
-
I'll probably try and sell it in order to upgrade to a new Droid or iphone if it comes to verizon if I get impatient and cant wait my two years. if i do stick with the droid till my contract is up then it will go into the unholy hell that is the old cell phone drawer.

I just picked one up two weeks ago rather than an X. I'm all about the custom roms really lol

It has earned a spot on my Fireplace Mantle after I get the Droid Pro. It's brought me too much fun and joy to discard or give it away. I would, as I have in the past with other phones, loan it short term to a relative, but that's about it.
Thats cool!!

Yeah, you could keep it plugged in and turn it into one of those digital picture frames

At some point when LTE goes into operation I'm going to choose a LTE-capable Droid, drop my insurance, and put this Droid away for a spare. Hopefully there'll be some kind of a promo.

gonna try and keep forever. eventually it will be like playing an old video game from the past. at the time the game was cutting edge and revolutionary, but now its hmm wow why was I so into that game.
