If I had to choose ...I'd say the Razr. The microSD is a major plus for the hacker inside me.

I personally like the RAZR phone better that the NEXUS but ICS more than makes up for the difference. If both devices were being put out with vanilla ICS I would be compelled to go for the RAZR but it looks like my next phone will be the Galaxy Nexus.

I need to get my hands on both to decide. The physical size may be a big factor for me.

+1 both look like awesome phones just not quite ready to update yet rzr was close non removable battery and locked bootloader ..

I liked the razor. The galaxy seems to be big for me. Motorola already said that razor will get ice cream in early of 2012

The Nexus is a little big, but the fact that it is going to be a developer phone is a huge plus. ICS is a major step forward as well.

I honestly don't think I could ever buy a phone that doesn't have a battery that you can replace, so RAZR is out for me.

Both look like very nice devices, should make for some interesting conversations/debates.

I still have a few Q's on the Nexus:

Do we know if the Nexus will have a removable battery? Internal storage only (No removable SD Micro SD)? Gorilla Glass? I also assume the Nexus will have HDMI out using Samsung's USB adapter??

HDMI and the battery could be potential deal breakers for me, but damn, I really want ICS... I'm not going to hold my breath on the RAZR ever getting ICS... which really sucks, because I LOVE Moto's devices... they are well built and as durable as you can get.
