    I think there's something wrong with the downloading on my part. I still get a folder with a bunch of files in it when I download the file. (MacOS with Safari)
    have you tried downloading with another browser?
    Tried with FireFox. It won't even download that way. I get a security certificate problem. When I add an exception, it can't find the file.
    ouch, that is how I did it (except on a PC) and got it to work

    Firefox works just fine... just make and acception for the certificate and follow the prompts and it works fine.

    Tried that and got the old 404 error once I added it.

    Ah...this is working much better! Got just a .zip file and no folders and the phone is updating now...

    Oh, I also tried to go into the Browser on the phone and download it there. Got an error saying my phone didn't support the file type. I didn't try it from phonearea though.
