    I hope android 2.2 gives us droid users more home screens and maybe the 3d launcher.. If the lg ally has the 3d launcher with a keyboard, it should be able to be put on the droid..

    For 2.2 to release:

    The source code would be out.
    The sdk would be released before the source code.
    Verizon would test the bjeezus out of it.
    Google will release it fot the Nexus One first.


    Will we see it in 5 days? Not a chance.

    i bet we'll see an updated sdk with bits of 2.2 in it... not sure about anything past that though

    expect to see the n1 first for sure. It's what I expect. Having said that I would be excited if I were using mt droid about the possibilities of Froyo including Flash support

    Doesn't HelixLauncher 2 already grant this functionality? It does for me anyway.
