I agree. I am sad that this is the result. I wish he would have just been forthright about it. Kind of like Mark McGwire and Barry Bonds.

Agreed. I was supportive of him until his "coming back post" -- that sealed the deal. The beating around the bush was nowhere satisfactory and jsut made things far worse imo.

I've seen it happen with the Dreamcast homebrew scene, the PSP homebrew scene and just about every other homebrew scene I've been involved it (maybe I'm the cause of it).

As for BD, its a shame since I have no problems running 9.8 (didn't even touch 10). I'm currently in the process of installing Cyanogen 5.0.6.

I agree. In my mind this says a lot for the moderators. I was disappointed that they did not make any sort of public statement as they promised but I think they made the right move, albeit painful.
