    Though I would also suspect this better be a distribution issue, there would be NO excuse for something being a "Bug" in the actual resultant upgrade at this juncture. Simply none.

    Ok so I just got a call and this CANNOT be verified but I was told that the distribution problem is/was still lingering thus the delay.

    DO NOT take that to the bank (distribution problem) but some outside sources say that it still may be the case.

    What a day : )

    **edit: I see that Android and Me is speculating as well. May be some truth to the rumor**
