[INFO] Big Bug in Homerun Battle 3D

hey folks,



this is just to let you know what happened. I logged in to HRB 3D the other day,and I had a different Username and all achievements were gone. I contacted the support from "com2Us" and they were made aware of that bug. They stated to me on twitter, that they forwarded the problem to Google, and that it CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE ANYYTIME right now. As soon as possible they will be updating. This is happening only on Android at the moment. Also, they stated that losing all achievements right now cant be reversed at the moment. But they are working on it!



Sad to hear, but good they do something!

well it happened to me and i kinda have mre fun now, to spend the new earned gold balls to new stuff

Crap, I better wait until this gets fixed since it has taken me awhile to get where I am. Though it would be nice if it would reset my player stats too since they just suck.

you can get your gear back because it is stored locally. the rankings may be gone permanently however, as they are stored on the com2us servers

im not interested muchin rankings...but i lost all my achievemnts and gold balls. and said by com2us ...its irreversible

I backed up all data and then put on the 2.0.3 Sholes ROM. Restored apps then data and all "items" were gone on my player.

My username was intact as well as achievements, but my "items" were gone and there is no way to reverse the accomplished achievements.

Guess my scenario is a bit different but here was their response:

"Thank you for the inquiry.

We are very sorry, but unfortunately, it is not possible to restore the data once you lost. Please don’t delete your application because your data are supposed to be initialized by deleting. Updating an application with the old one still exists on the device won’t make you lose records. We are trying our best to come up with the solution that can resolve this.
Once again, we really apologize any inconvenience this may cause and thank you very much for patience."

how'd you get your gear to reappear?

I like said, all my achievements stayed but gear, gone.

It happened again today. Lost everything, started back at the tutorial.
Com2Us advises to only practice if this happened to you once, in order not to feel bad when again loosing everything you gained.

They are preparing an update at the moment!

Anyone have an update on this issue?

I still cant figure out how to get my username back up to play.

It is some other persons profile I imagine.

Game is pretty much useless without this corrected.
