About LinkBacksI thought it was funny as hell, just because it was so representative of how cell phone company employees operate. They don't really know anything about what they are selling, they just have the names of the things that they are selling. I don't know, I think they need to up the ante on their "training" on new devices... or training in general. Training on what their network does and what it can do.
