FroYo OTA on DroidMod?

This is a discussion on FroYo OTA on DroidMod? within the Droid Mod forums, part of the Custom Roms category; VZW wants to install this update- will this work as with other OTAs where if I just accept it will fail and stop bugging me?...

    Yes if you are running an alternate recovery (SPrecovery/Clockwork) just accept it and it will not install and should stop prompting you.
