    new update???

    i really enjoy DM alot. i wish that something would be updated. it's hard to sit around and wait for it to happen. anyone have any news/updates?

    You can wait on droidmod or install the rooted version of 2.1. I like droidmod but I got impatient.

    Yeah, it was fun screwing around with various ROMS, but I finally settled down with DM since everything just works... and works really well. No more bug-drama or searching for speed or fixes.
    I kinda miss screwing around with the ROMS and the excitement of a successful install and having the new-droid-feel, but I don't miss the near-brick feelings that always came with it.
    If DM comes out with something new, I'll be confident enough to give it a shot. Until then, something else would have to be MASSIVELY better to be worth trying out.

    I'd like to see them provide as stable and awesome a ROM around the official 2.1 that they did around 2.0.1 but I'm happy enough with this one to keep it even if they don't update.
