Hi Memories. Unfortunately "RSD Lite Will Not Install On My Computer At All" doesn't really convey any information that lets me help you. To me that means you download the installer, double click it, and your computer disappears.

Tell me what happens when you try to install it -- as precisely and in as much detail as possible, including exact error messages if there are any. Also confirm that you're installing it "as Administrator", etc.

HELP! I tried this and got through step 10 successfully. However when it was time to select install with the keypad I accidentally hit the center of the dpad. Now, when I try to boot holding down X I get the white triage with the yellow exclamation mark. What do I do next!

    Oh Okay No Problem.
    Sorry About That.
I Try Running The Installer And Everything Goes Great Until I Get To Like 1/4 Left On The Installing Bar.
Then I Get A Message That Reads:
    Microsoft.MSXML2, publickeytoken= 6bd6b9abf345378f version= "4.1.0.0",type="win32", processorarchitecture x86
    And Yes, Thank You.

Correction, I got through step 13 (saw the yellow android etc.) and when I was trying to scroll down to "install" I pressed the center of the dpad by accident, the phone rebooted and next time I powered it up holding X it went to the white triangle, do I need to repeat sets 9 and 10?

When it rebooted you must not have caught it with "X" and the OS booted and wiped out your recovery. You have to start back over at step 4.

Good work on the exact error message. I just copied and pasted it into Google and got a lot of results similar to this one. Glancing at a few it makes it sound like this is a defect in Windows that there is probably a hotfix for. If you go to Microsoft Windows Update you can let Windows Update scan your computer for needed hotfixes and install them. Of course installing hotfixes on Windows can cause it's own problems, but I don't think you're going anywhere on that machine if you don't. Having the latest hotfixes is always a good idea from the standpoint of any vulnerabilities in the OS, but, as with everything, there's always risk when updating the OS (just like with the phone).

    Hope that helps.

Everything looks great for the update.zip part.

    1. Did you grab the screen grab with DDMS?
    2. Can you confirm the name of the SBF you loaded?
    3. How did you originally get to stock FRG22D?

If power cycling the phone doesn't clear you up, then the first and least intrusive option would probably be to grab the FRG22D "master OTA" (search for it here on the forums), copy that to your SD card and apply it. That should put you back to stock. Then you can decide if you want to try rooting again or not.
