I try to use the tool but keep getting an error that says,

"to run this application, you first must install one of the following version of the .NET Framework: v4.0.30319
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework"

I am running Windows XP 32-bit. Tho it's a custom computer all the .NET frameworks are up to date to the BEST of my knowledge b/c I checked. Help please?? pv2smurf@gmail.com

Applications which require .NET Framework will require a specific version, so having later versions does not include older versions. For instance, having v. 3.5 does not cover v3.0. Also, there may be missing components that were not selected during the web install. You can install the standalone version to guarantee all components are installed.
