Here are the stock vsel values:
900mhz = vsel:63
800mhz = vsel:62
700mhz = vsel:62
600mhz = vsel:62
550mhz = vsel:56
400mhz = vsel:39
250mhz = vsel:39
I added these to the relevant OP section.

I definitely ran the overclock command as su after installing the kernel so I guess I wasn't running stock voltage which explains the amazing battery life. If I understand correctly.
As a side note, I've downloaded Test 20 twice and installed it no less than 4 times and can't get a full boot up. It makes it to the boot animation then does an FC of the system. I noticed the file size on 20 is quiet a bit smaller than 19. Anyone else have the boot issue with Test 20?

I don't have a DX, it's just a name. Made it before the DX existed,oops
What is the purpose of installing the milestone overclock app? Do I have to "load" it for it to work, or does it only have to be installed and leave it alone? The CM7 governor seems to be doing its thing...
You only need the milestone app for overclocking prime's kernel above 900 MHz (the easy way, but you can only change the top slot). If you're not going to do that, you don't need it. This can also be achieved by manually editing the 20overclock file on your phone which gives you full control over the kernel's speed and voltage.
