    SD Card Problems

    I recently had trouble with my Incredible so they sent me a refurbished one. When I put my SD card in the new phone it is not able to read it. The phone can not tell that there is a card in the slot. Does anybody know what this means/if I am going to have to buy another card? I have not had the phone for very long but am getting frustrated with it.

    I would call VZW tech support about it. Sounds like they may have to send you another phone.

    Also, please don't post duplicate messages in multiple areas on DF.
