145 Views ... but no help?

I posted a question here a couple days ago, and so far, I have had 145 views, but no replies. Did I say/do something wrong? What am I missing here, to get some help. Please be kind, and remember I am a bit of a newbie. If you are going to be a jerk, then it is probably best that you do not reply. Here was my original post, that I still need an answer for:

"Can someone please let me know how I can re-install Froyo, from scratch, on my Incredible?"
