anyone have a problem with the Dinc answering calls on it own in pocket?

i got a refurb Dinc and i never had this problem. anyway to remedy this?

I actually had this problem today on my way to work. Although it answered itself as I was pulling the phone out of my pocket. I can only think that due to the way you answer a call (Pulling down on that bar), it's easy to make it slide as it's coming out of your pocket.

I think I saw a replacement call-answer bar that makes it more like the stock Android way (Moving a slider to the right). I might have to look into that.
