    MMS not sending

    I have tried multiple ROM's, wiped multiple times and still can't send MMS on my wifes Incredible. Keeps getting an error message that says something like

    currently unable to send your message. It will be sent when service becomes available.

    Any ideas on a fix for this?

    Dialing *22899 works but only for a little bit and then they wont send again
