    Connect it to your computer with the usb cord, select disk mode when it asks how to mount, then you can just use your computer to move whatever you like.

    phone and netbook are connected with usb cable,
    but
    phone does not appear in Windows.

    Try going to settings-> connect to computer-> and set disk mode as your default connection, or is it already set as that?

    do i need to install driver?

    When you first plug in your device and if you're connected to wifi, win7 will automatically find the drivers.
