About LinkBacksI recently reset my Droid Inc. and it restored back to 1.6.
Was wondering if there is any way to upgrade to 2.2.

07-23-2011 07:21 PMUnrooting would not change the OS version number. Describe EXACTLY what you did to UNROOT Did you install a stock rom using ROM Manager perhaps?

07-23-2011 09:29 PMWent off this guys you tube video on how to unroot. Put zip file on sd card and loaded it and after all was said and done put my phone back to stock 2.1.

07-23-2011 09:34 PMA link would help here but it sounds like you installed a 2.1 stock rom. Did his video not tell you that it was 2.1 stock?
Assuming that this is a stock and not rooted you should get prompted to download the update OTA just like when it first came out. -

07-24-2011 01:02 PMI would try to flash it again. Or do a factor reset first. Per the guys video you should get prompted for updates almost immediately. I don't know what state that flash will leave the s register. Most true stock flashes should take you back to Secure ON.
I don't own an Incredible so someone else might know what the deal is.
