Temporary loss of some apps

When I turn my incD off overnight and start up the next day, often a lot of the apps are missing!!
Some type of 're-syncing' takes place and the apps return. Sometimes it takes quite a while.

Anyone have the same problem?

I'm wondering if I turn it on in a non-service & non-wi-fi area if the syncing will take place and return the apps?
Or is the incD just re-loading info from the SD card since most of my apps are there?

My solution- I loaded SilentSleep that turns things off at nite, leave the incD on, and all is well.
