    Incredible will not turn on

    I replaced broken LCD and screen, following all the instructions. Made sure everything was where it's supposed to be. I have taken the battery out, that didn't work, I let charge for a bit and that didn't work. Once in a while I get horizontal lines on the screen when I plug the charger to it.
    What else can I do?
