This is a list of many of the ROMs out for the htc Incredible. If I missed any please notify me and I will update the list.


Flahing a ROM:
Manually - 1.) Download a ROM onto your sd card
2.) Hold Power + Optical joystick
3.) Select Bootloader
4.) Select Recovery
5.) Select install .zip from sd card
6.) select choose file from sd card
7.) Navigate to the ROM on your sd card
8.) Select it
9.) select yes
10.) Let it run and press reeboot.

Automated - 1.) open ROM manager
2.) press install rom from sd card
3.) choose your ROM
4.) check back up current ROM (if you dont have one already) and wipe data cache
5.) press ok
6.) let it run
7.) it will reboot on its own


Stock Froyo - A leaked OTA update(Android 2.2) with htc Sense UI
Working: Camcorder, Camera, and pretty much everything else.
Not working: all but one htc wallpaper is missing.
(requires 2.x radio update)

CyanogenMod 6 RC3 - Same as test 8 but more stable and battery life is not as good.

CyanogenMod 6 test8 - A Froyo (Android 2.2) ROM without the slightest bit of htc Sense UI. Comes with ADW Launcher.
Working: Camera, Camcorder(with 2.x radio i think) everything else.
Not working: Hyrda Kernels

SkyRaider 2.5.2 - A Froyo (Adroid 2.2) ROM with about 95% htc Sense UI or you can get the Vanilla version (no sense UI)
Working: EVERYTHING
Not working: Camera and camcorder with Hydra Kernels
(requires 2.x radio update)

Jager ROM - Froyo 2.2 with working 8 meg camera and 720p video recorder. Everything is included in this rom minus HTC Lockscreen and Sense Launcher and the Sense widgets.

Unrevolved ROM - HTC Sense is completely removed. The included version of Swype doesn’t work quite right. (Android 2.1)

Do the Cyan themes only work with test 8 or will they work with rc3 also

They were designed before rc3 but may still work with it because it is so much like test 8. You can try it and see what happens, remember to do a nandroid backup
