Can't access droid files from PC with 2.3 rom

i have omgb-4, whichj i donwloaded yesterday, and i just wanted to access my files and put some songs into the droid, so i plug it in with the usb, and theres no notification that shows the options if i want to use it to charge only or use as a disk drive. it doesnt appear on the computer, but when i looked at devices manager, this is what it showed, screenshot.jpg picture by mattfab22 - Photobucket and it would let me view any of the files, and theres no option that i can find on the droid that lets me make it a disk drive, please help.

Had the same problem last night. I couldnt find an option under settings to chose disk drive, charge only etc. I gave up and went back to stock

Boot your phone into recovery and then go into mounts and storage, then select mount usb storage it will show up on your computer then transfer what you want on it, then unmount when your finished, hit reboot

You do need to have a kernel that is compatible either the fusion one or maybe slayer there is a specific option they must have to support USB mass storage check out the thread on the fusion rom just read the first post by the author.
