What is a Rom I have never used one and if I do does it void the warranty? Please help I hear they make your phone faster but that's all I know please help

A Rom is a modified OS. To install a rom you have to be rooted, a process which voids your warranty, but gains you access to certain lockes out features of the operating system such as Wi-Fi Tether. Although you can unroot and nobody can tell if you have rooted. To root the Droid Incredible you would have to use the Unrevoked software, i am ont familiar with the process though.

You can't see sigs in when using tapatalk or the DF app, unless someone sets up a special sig like I have.
To see the sig, sign in from a PC and then read this thread. The signature is at the bottom of the post.
