    Custom splash image?

    I'm trying to flash a custom splash instead of the HTC incredible lame boring one. I already have it made to fit, 800x400 i think it is, i just don't know what format to save it in or what to convert it to in order to make it actually work on my phone...

    here's what i'm trying to use

    Recovery: ClockworkMod 2.5.0.5
