    How close is the 2.3.4 root??

    Does anyone know if the 2.3.4 root is near? Had to unroot my old dinc and send it in for it to be replaced. I didnt root this one as I figured I would just wait till the 2.3.4 root is out. I know about going back to the 2.2 then root but dont want to do all that

    Downgrading to 2.2 and rooting from there is your only option at this point. No telling what may or may not come out in the future- it's relatively old (in cell phone life) so there aren't as many people working with it now as there have been in the past.
