    Droid incredible questions about rooting plus cm7

    Hey guys. I am the proud new owner of a cm7 droid 2 global. Cm7 is awesome and recently went stable for the droid 2 global, so for any of my brothers trolling search cm4d2g and give it a look.

    so any way my friend has an incredible and wants cm7. However, he doesnt have root access. I used z4 root to get mine. From my understanding z4 root wont work on the incredible. is there another one touch as easy as z4, or can i temp root it and flash a rooted kernel such as say cm7? my concern is that when i reboot into recovery, the root temporary root access will be gone. A little help would be appreciated! thanks!
