Time to upgrade?

Wait a few of weeks there is a slew of new devices hitting the market in the next quarter (Google Nexus Prime, Droid HD, HTC Vigor.) Everything else on VZW's shelf right now are yesterdays news. The Nexus Prime (ice cream sandwich os) is being introduced a week after the iphone launch (Oct 4th) in San Diego at the Samsung Unpack event (Oct.11th) Do a Google search there is a ton of info (rumors) floating around. I personally think a lot of the rumors will materialize very soon regarding the Prime.....I for one can't wait, the Prime will be my next device as I am due for an upgrade too.

Has the announcement of the Prime been confirmed? I've been even hearing rumors that Google would announce it hours before Apple's event or even Oct. 5?

I'm sure most of us on this board have seen the leaked footage of ICS and it looks awesome, hopefully it is out by Nov :crossfingers:

Me too. I am hoping we hear something on Thursday at the London event. I was hoping for an October 13 release but that's not looking too likely now.
