    Touch screen issues after screen replacement

    Hey everybody, new member here and need help. My wife dropped her Droid Incredible last week and shattered the screen. Being fairly handy I decided to order a new screen and replace it myself. All went well and didn't have much trouble installing it. However after getting it all back together it has spots on the touch screen that are completely unresponsive. For example you can't type an "S" when in landscape mode. The phone is completely stock, not rooted or anything. So did I mess something up? Bad screen right out of the box? Did I just not get all the connections tight? Help!
