    Can't find downloaded ringtone

    I just bought a ringtone from Verizon and it doesn't appear in my ringtone list. Any idea of how to find it? This happened to me one other time and I never did find it. Thanks for any help!

    Fix

    Happened to an EX. Look in phone media folder. Move to SD card ringtone folder.

    Newbie here and excuse my inadequacies, but how do you get to the phone media folder on the dinc. Can you post the pathway for me please?
