How to stop Facebook Syncing for only one contact

I just got my Incredible earlier this week and I love it. I love that Facebook syncs my people so when I view my people list it gives me their profile pic and status. However I do have one or 2 friends in my people list that I don't have listed by their real name/facebook name. Facebook still syncs those contacts by their phone number. When I text those people, the fake name I gave them in my phone doesn't come up nor does the photo i assigned them, it automatically changes is to their facebook name and profile picture. Is there anyway I can tell facebook/my phone to not update this specific person according to their facebook without affecting the rest of my contacts?

Open Contacts and pull down the settings from the top left corner. Choose Options and Accounts.
