e-mail photos from mms

I'm a new Droid Incredible owner and I'm pretty ignorant in using it. I have photos that my daughter mms'd to me and I can't figure out how to send them to my wife's e-mail. Everything in the book starts out assuming that they're in the gallery somewhere, but nothing tells me how to get them there. When I go to Gallery, most of the default categories don't seem to be there, only 3{All photos, Other and Saved pictures}. The pictures I want aren't in any of those, but I can see them in the message she sent me.
I'm trying here for help because the Verizon store is a dead end.

If you hold your finger on the photo for a second it will bring up a menu where you can make several choices including forward. Good luck.

edit: You can also copy it to your SD card and share it from the gallery.

Thanks for the help. It still didn't offer forwarding as an option, but I was able to copy to the card and send from there.
