Excellent Customer Service from HTCPedia

Purchased the Smartphone Pedia dock for the D Inc. from HTCPedia online.

The dock is okay. What really impressed me was the high level of customer service I received. The first dock arrived within three days of the order...fairly fast. Unfortunately, that first dock had a problem charging the phone, so I sent off an email to the customer service contact on the website. I had a reply within a couple of hours...and they offered me a new one...no questions asked.

The new one arrived quickly, and was much improved. A couple of days later...I received another email, to double check that I had received the new dock, and if I was happy....when was the last time that ever happened?

Just my experience, but the HTCPedia website is a good place to order accessories...based on my experience.
