Email LED Notification Not Working

    Email LED Notification Not Working

    I've selected "Flash LED" for email but so far I only hear notifications. I'm not even sure that LED is working at all. Anyway sure way to check it? TIA

    Well, the first is to see if the charging light is working, and that's easy enough. If it's fully charged, I think it turns green. That should tell you whether or not it's working.

    If you're not too far into the customization of the phone, you might consider wiping it and starting from scratch. Also, toggle the option a few times, getting out of the menu and then going back in. I have no idea why, but I've seen that work on some phones.

    Thanks for the suggestions Anguish. I've been doing a bit more investigation and it seems that the blinking LED notification is only seen when the phone is not plugged into a charger or a PC. Since I most often leave the phone plugged into a charger at home and the PC at work I wasn't seeing the flashing notification LED. Also discovered that when plugged in to the charger or PC the audio notification continues to go off at intervals since there is no LED notification.
