I'm stuck at waiting for device, I have the drivers installed. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting. Nothing is working.

Make sure USB debugging is on and fastboot is off in your settings. I'm betting thats where the problem is. Other than that I would suggest trying a different USB port? or USB cable if you aren't using the one that came with your phone?

So I when I enter the beta key I received, it keeps saying it's invalid. I've made sure that I wasn't entering it wrong, by putting the font in Microsoft word so that I know that I'm entering the right characters. Could there be any explanation as to why it's doing that? (other than I'm putting in the wrong key lol.)

haha my first suggestion would be to type it in right. But assuming you got that right (not quite an easy assumption) maybe you entered the serial # wrong? at that point in the process nothing has actually been done to your phone so your safe to exit everything, re-download the file and start over.

Just have to say this guide helped so much...just rooted two Inc 2s in less than half an hour....I did have to reread a couple of times when I had revolutionary install clockwork and I didn't know where the guide picked back up....super easy though...thanks again. Also, fixed my mom's alarm issue with this so she definitely thanks you as well

I'm just glad people are finding it usefull :-) and I just edited the OP with relevent instructions on where to start if you don't install CWM manually. Thanks for letting me know.

Just want to say THANK you for the guide, It put me on the right track between your guide and a video I found i was able to root in no time. I received most of the info from your guide but I needed
a visual aid from a vid to make sure I was doing it right. Thanks
