My phone is jacked up please please help

I rooted my phone awhile back using the Sapphire method. When the 2.2 update came out I tried to unroot but failed @ getting it to work right. My phone still worked so I just left it as is. Flash forward to today and my phone is jacked up. I installed a update.zip file that is suppose to unroot my phone but it will not allow it to install it just says install aborted. Now my phone will not make a call or do anything but foreclose whenever I click on any settings. Please help I think I got in over my head. Also when watching the video for unrooting his recovery looked different then mine. Mine goes to ClockWorkMod Recovery which has different options.

I am going to assume you own a droid 1. What you need to do is download rsd lite and the proper drivers for your PC. Then you need to get the stock sbf file for your phone. You will need to flash your phone through your PC. Should only take about 15 min to get you going. Make sure you follow the directions to a t. Just do a forum search for what you need. I would help with links but I'm on my phone.

Thanks for the help guys I am currently working on those links you gave me. I have followed the steps and everything went good except my phone still has no service to make a call or do anything else so going to try and figure that out

Do a factory reset at this point and see what happens. If you were still rooted I'd suggest flashing a baseband file, but since you have stock recovery this is pretty much it.
