I've followed everything to the T. Everytime I try to push I keep getting a Device error in my CMD. I ran SDK and downloaded the Revisions. But when I select the debugging mode my windows can't find the specific drivers to allow my Droid to Connect VIA USB to my PC. I believe this is my issue. Anyone know how I should fix this?

Go to the motorola website and download the droid drivers

Some of them have youtube videos, so you could try searching youtube, some of them have gifs in there threads here on the forum. I am trying to work on a temporary solution for droidboots.com today until I can get it done the right way.

once you are at the cmd prompt in your sdk/tools directory. and with your phone connected type

adb push bootanimation.zip /data/local

that is it. then you can reboot your phone to see your new boot animation.

i am in my tools, i typed that, still doesnt work man. says no such file or directory. btw it says android>tools> so that means i am in tools right? what do u type to get in ur tools maybe thats the problem
