that's the newest android sdk? seems like there is no file structure there. all files were dumped in one directory? there should be a few folders... one of them being tools... redownload from google.I looked in the original sdk zip file and did not see the tools folder there: here is what I see in the sdk zip file.
I get an error: The system cannot find the path specified when I typed in cd c:Android\tools
If I take off tools, it didn't give me that error message.
I appreciate you help.
I am downloading it again.

did you try unzipping it? you're showing us the view in WinZIP... because that is where i got the sdk from

yes, but you may need to put "su" in the tools folder. just throw a copy in there.
