    It has been my experience that some devices can watch hulu with certain ROM/Flash combinations. And not all combinations work for all people.

    For me, with UD and Flash 10.1 beta 3 and the hulu app, I can not watch hulu.
    But with BB v0.4, Flash 10.1 beta 3, and the hulu app, I enjoy Hulu goodness 24/7.

    Yes, you can go back to a custom ROM if you root. You don't have to root if you go back to 2.1 using sbf.
