    Easy Root Pulled from Market

    Did anyone happen to get easy root before it was pulled from the market.
    Was running Bugless Beast, but decided to try the OTA froyo. Man it flies. Now I want to try Pete's release of 2.2

    I have gone back through my other posts and redacted my messages once I found out it was a paid app. If anyone knows if the developer has an alternative distribution method that permits purchase, I am interested.

    Wasn't it pulled because they used Droidmod's source and tried to profit from it? I thought this app seemed suspicious when it went up soon after Droidmod pulled their latest DMUpdater.
    I realized my signature was dumb, so I removed it.

    You could flash back to and older release using these instruction and files, then use the root update from here, then flash whatever recovery you prefer, then factory reset (wipe data and cache from recovery), then apply Pete's latest FRG22 rooted update.

    Its a PIA but its sure to work.

    For the record I would not post a paid app. I'm in awe of what these kats do for us. Any app worth d/l should be $0.50 min. anyway imo.
