About LinkBacksCan anyone point me to a complete guide for SPRecovery? My biggest question is a simple backup all that is needed or do you always need to do a full backup? If you do a wipe will a simple backup restore everything that is needed? Thanks

08-04-2010 06:39 PMI have a feeling that a simple backup does not backup all user data, probably just as if you were flashing a new ROM.. So yes, it will restore everything that is NEEDED.. However, it may not restore everything that is wanted...
Just be safe and go with an advanced backup each time.. No reason to chance it, it doesn't take that much longer.
As for an in-depth SP recovery guide, I couldn't find one, but I didn't dig that deeply..I need a girl who's name doesn't end in ".JPG"
