Re-Flashing ROM--a few questions

Well I flashed a few ROMS and then went through several themes,kernels etc.

I was thinking with all the installing I was doing repeatedly, it may have bogged down my droid. I still get good Quandrant scores though 1600+ so maybe it's just my imagination.

1)If I was to re-install BB v0.4 and wipe all data/cache, does that delete everything on my SD card as well? or just the droid?

2)After I wipe it, how do I go about getting my app's back etc aside from writing them down?

It doesn't delete everything on your SD card, just in your phone. I know what you mean about feeling bogged down, just go in your SD card and delete some of those old roms, themes, and kernels.
As a user of BB, everytime I wipe I just wait a while after reflashing and my apps download by themselves, for the most part. Yours should do the same, assuming you chose to sync your apps to your Google account. If you didn't, I believe you can use TI to backup your apps.. And if you haven't backed up to your Google account, I would recommend doing so.
